My name is Frantz Pierre, and I am the Owner and Principal Consultant of Pierre Legal Nurse Consulting. I live in Roanoke, Virginia, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I am a Progressive Care Certified Nurse with more than a decade of experience in cardiac and progressive care. My clinical background includes telemetry, cardiac observation, acute coronary syndrome evaluation, heart-failure management, pre- and post-cardiac catheterization care, electrophysiology, structural heart procedures, EKG interpretation.

My PCCN certification reflects specialized knowledge in caring for acutely ill adult patients whose conditions require close monitoring and complex clinical decision-making. I have also served as a preceptor, helping nurses strengthen their clinical judgment and provide safe, thorough patient care.

Through Pierre Legal Nurse Consulting, I work with plaintiff and defense firms to evaluate medical records, clarify complex timelines, identify clinically significant details, and determine what questions should be asked next.

My approach is focused, objective, and practical. The goal is not to make every matter larger or more complicated. It is to help your legal team understand what the supplied medical records support, what they do not support, and when additional records or specialty expertise may be necessary.
